Trust Corporation ARTC@, a Government agency responsible
for disposition of repossessed assets, in January 1993
for $1,026,000 with a 20% downpayment.
It was sold in March 1994 for $1,410,000, all cash.
Cost effective renovations including repainting the whole
exterior, roof replacement, fence replacement, and apartment
interior upgrades were performed. " |
